Apple online support just got easier and better as the Cupertino giant revamped its support website. The website has a new design, making it a cleaner than the previous version. This change brings out an ease in the customer interaction in both desktop and Mobile. The website provides support for all Apple products such as Mac, iPhone, iPad, TV and watch.
The big news was announced through the official Apple Support Twitter account, inviting the users to have a first look at the redesigned website.

The first thing that will catch the attention is the search bar to help customers find what they are looking for. The website also provides direct access to all the products. Main products are listed below the search bar like Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and iTunes support. Not only this, but you can also view certain more products such as Apple ID, Apple Music, Apple Pay, iPod, iCloud, AirPort + Wi-Fi, Pro Apps, and Apple Care.
Apart from optimizing the site, Apple has added new categories. One of the interesting addition is the ‘Popular Topics’. This is not like the usual FAQ’s. It’s like a very basic tutorial for a new member in the Apple family to make him/her familiar to know-hows of iPhone.
