If we go by the alleged leaked schematic from Asia, the dimensions of the iPhone 7 Pro would be just the same as iPhone 6 Plus. There will still be a couple of major changes in how it looks. The Cupertino-based tech giant is working to include a dual-lens camera in the iPhone 7 Pro. However, we will get to know the actual looks only once it is released in fall later this year.
There is also a word that the dual-lens camera feature might only be available in Apple’s 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Pro/Plus owing to the supply constraints. The additional lens may just end up allowing Apple to show off some extraordinary camera tricks along with improved performance in low light.
Apart from the dual-lens camera on the iPhone 7 Pro schematic, Japansese site Makotakara also discovered another significant change. The headphone jack from the bottom seems to be taken off and a Smart Connector port is spotted instead. Would there be an extra speaker then? We will have to wait and watch for it.
The leaked schematic is quite similar to the one of iPhone 7 Pro that leaked out last month too. It also shows lesser antenna bands as compared to those in iPhone 6s and 6. As per the usual iPhone cycle, Apple is expected to launch iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Pro in September this year. An Intel model is also expected to be a part of the upcoming iPhones.
It will only be later this year when we will realize how improved and more of innovation are the new iPhone models.
