iPhone SE 2nd generation

The rumors have finally come to life and Apple has announced the iPhone SE 2nd generation carrying a price tag starting $399. This also means that the new iPhone SE is the most affordable iPhone in the current lineup. Being rumored as iPhone SE 2 and then later as iPhone 9, Apple finally unveiled it as iPhone SE 2nd generation.

Apple iPhone SE 2nd generation retains the screen size of iPhone 8 i.e. 4.7-inches. Despite being an affordable iPhone, it houses the latest A13 Bionic chip which is same as what you would find in iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro. iPhone SE comes with iOS 13 out-of-the-box and has the TouchID fingerprint sensor.

Apple iPhone SE 2nd generation features Apple’s latest A13 Bionic chip which is currently present in iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max. The new iPhone is basically the successor to the existing iPhone 8 with the same dimensions and screen size. It also features a glass and aluminium body which is wireless and fast charging compatible.

The 12MP rear camera is capable of shooting portraits in the same way it happens on iPhone XR and 11. iPhone SE is dual-SIM compatible- one physical SIM and one eSIM.
